Seller's & Buyers Guides | Real Estate Brochures
I created custom design for Buyer & Seller guides for Real Estate Agent, which will help people understand the process of buying and selling the home step by step. Additionally, designed personal trifold brochure and open house door hangers for event.

The design process for the Seller and Buyer Guide Magazine was built around the goal of creating a visually engaging, informative, and easy-to-navigate resource for individuals on both sides of the real estate transaction. Here’s a breakdown of the process:
1. Discovery & Research
I began by understanding our target audiences—first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, and property sellers. Through market research, interviews with real estate professionals, and a competitive analysis of similar publications, we identified the key content areas and visual preferences.
2. Content Strategy & Structure
I collaborated with the stakeholder to organize content into intuitive sections such as: Step-by-step guides (for buyers and sellers), Legal and financial tips, Market insights and trends, Local area highlights, Testimonials and case studies, Clear calls-to-action and quick-reference icons were planned for user-friendly reading.
3. Visual Direction & Moodboarding
Using moodboards, I've explored different visual styles that conveyed trust, clarity, and professionalism. The final direction leaned into a modern yet warm aesthetic—balancing clean layouts with approachable typography and a rich but calming color palette.
4. Layout & Design
I used InDesign and created a consistent grid system and visual hierarchy that allowed for flexibility while maintaining cohesion across pages. Custom icons, infographics, and call-out boxes were used to break down complex information and enhance readability. High-resolution images and thoughtfully chosen typography helped elevate the overall feel.
5. User Experience (UX) & Accessibility
I ensured the magazine was not only visually appealing but also accessible—keeping font sizes legible, contrast levels high, and layouts adaptable for both print and digital formats (PDF and interactive flipbook versions).
6. Feedback & Iteration
I conducted reviews with stakeholder and test readers, refining layout choices, improving copy placement, and ensuring all visuals aligned. Final versions were proofed for consistency, flow, and technical polish.
7. Final Production & Delivery
The final magazine was delivered in multiple formats: print-ready PDFs, web-optimized files, and an interactive digital version with clickable navigation for easy use on mobile and desktop platforms.
